All sessions (60 min, 90 min & 120 min sessions) are intuitive and combine multiple modalities and therapies tailored to your specific needs. An initial session will focus on a full body & movement assessment of posture, gait, and other physical needs to create a custom manual therapy session to give your body exactly what it needs.
